Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However, please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.

Our product descriptions will inform you if the contents of our crackers may vary from what is displayed in the contents image. If this is the case, please be assured that all contents used will be similar in type and value, as we are always adding new and interesting items to our gift lines.

 

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your sales receipts on the Billing page, including copies of your invoices. 

Please be aware that this is only possible if you sign up online. In all other cases or if you have any questions about your sales receipts, you can contact our billing team directly at sales@hkplanetllc.com.

How can I return an item?

Thank you for shopping at HK Planet LLC! 

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase; if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges 

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. 

  • The item must be in its original packaging. 

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded. 

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Out of Stock: When an item is out of stock, it cannot be purchased until it becomes available again

Where can I ship my order?
The post office, FedEx, and UPS all offer scheduled pickup options for shipping packages. In most cases, you'll need to have the item boxed up and purchase a shipping label before scheduling the pickup. While scheduling a pickup is free when you use USPS and UPS, it'll cost you if you use FedEx
